1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Registration & Security

You agree to:

• Maintain only one active account
• Keep your password secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Journey Hosting LLC may:

• Deny registration
• Suspend accounts
• Terminate accounts
• Require identity verification

5. Explicit Content & 2257 Compliance

Because the Service allows explicit content uploads, you agree to comply with:

• 18 U.S.C. § 2257
• 18 U.S.C. § 2257A
• All associated record‑keeping requirements

If you upload explicit content, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Verify the age of all persons depicted
• Maintain written consent from all participants
• Maintain 2257 records
• Provide documentation upon request

You may not upload:

• Content involving minors
• Content involving non‑consensual acts
• Content involving intoxicated or incapacitated persons
• Content involving force, coercion, or trafficking

Violation results in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement.

6. Non‑Consensual Content Removal (Take It Down Act 2025)

Journey Hosting LLC fully complies with the Take It Down Act (2025).

You may request removal of:

• Non‑consensual sexual content
• Deepfakes or AI‑generated explicit content
• Content posted without your permission
• Content depicting you as a minor
• Content involving minors in any capacity

Requests may be submitted to:

• Verify your identity
• Remove qualifying content within 48 hours
• Maintain records of requests
• Prohibit retaliation against requesters

7. Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload, post, or transmit:

• Minors in any form
• Non‑consensual content
• Revenge porn
• Deepfake sexual content of others
• Violence, coercion, or trafficking
• Hate speech or harassment
• Stalking or threats
• Commercial advertising
• Spam
• Malware, scripts, or harmful code
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Personal contact information in photos
• Photos of others without consent
• Photos containing children (even in background)

8. Community Conduct & Consent Culture

You agree to:

• Respect boundaries
• Seek enthusiastic consent
• Not pressure or coerce others
• Not harass or stalk members
• Not attempt to “out” members
• Not misuse private information
• Not impersonate others

Violation may result in immediate termination.

9. Anti‑Outing & Privacy Protection

You may NOT:

• Reveal another member’s identity
• Share screenshots or messages
• Use content for documentaries, books, or media
• Use the site to gather information about someone
• Access the site to expose or harm a member

Doing so constitutes cyber trespass and may result in legal action.

10. Events, Meetups & Assumption of Risk

TLC may host or promote:

• Parties
• Social gatherings
• Meetups
• Lifestyle events

You understand and agree:

• TLC does not screen attendees
• TLC does not guarantee safety
• TLC is not responsible for conduct of participants
• You attend events at your own risk
• You assume all risks of injury, illness, or harm

Event hosts are independent organizers, not employees of Journey Hosting LLC.

11. User‑Generated Content License

By posting content, you grant Journey Hosting LLC a:

• Non‑exclusive
• Worldwide
• Royalty‑free
• Sub‑licensable
• Transferable

license to:

• Display
• Host
• Store
• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Modify
• Promote

your content solely for operation of the Service.

You retain ownership of your content.

12. Moderation Rights

Journey Hosting LLC may, at its sole discretion:

• Remove content
• Edit content
• Suspend accounts
• Terminate accounts
• Block IP addresses
• Deny access
• Report illegal activity

We are not required to explain moderation decisions.

13. Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks

All payments are:

• Final
• Non‑refundable
• Recurring unless canceled

Chargebacks are prohibited.

If you initiate a chargeback:

• Your account will be terminated
• Your information may be sent to collections
• You may be charged administrative fees
• You may be liable for legal costs

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties.

Journey Hosting LLC is not responsible for:

• User behavior
• Offline interactions
• Technical failures
• Data loss
• Unauthorized access
• Content accuracy
• Harm resulting from use of the Service

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Journey Hosting LLC’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Emotional distress
• Personal injury
• Death
• Harm from offline interactions

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Journey Hosting LLC from:

• Losses

17. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

• No collective actions
• No jury trial
• Arbitration is individual only
• Ohio law governs

Venue for enforcement: Montgomery County, Ohio.

18. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

19. Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
